Every Saturday, KGO radio restaurant critic, GraceAnn Walden conducts a walking tour of the traditional Italian neighborhood of San Francisco, North Beach. The tour includes a historical lecture, goes behind the scenes at a brick-oven bakery, a stylish restaurant, and an Italian bakery. Generous tastes and a family style lunch with wine are included. Reservations necessary. $80 all inclusive. Alternative tour: Secrets & Tastes of Nob Hill. Private tours of North Beach are available on weekdays for 12 or more.
